How do I contact Delete Anything?
Email info@deleteanything.com. Corrections to guides are the most useful thing you can send and get looked at first, because a deletion step that has quietly stopped working leaves people stranded mid-process.
One address handles everything: info@deleteanything.com. There is no contact form, no ticket number and no autoresponder — mail goes to a person.
A step has stopped working
This is the most valuable message you can send, and it jumps the queue. Platforms change deletion flows without announcing it, and a guide that was right last month can strand someone halfway through this month.
What helps most:
- The page you were following, and the step number that broke.
- What you saw instead — a different button label, a missing menu, an error.
- Whether you were on desktop, mobile web, or in the platform's own app. Flows often differ, and the app is usually the one that changed.
A screenshot is worth more than a description, but do not send one that shows your email address, account name or any part of your personal details.
You do not cover a platform I need
Send the platform name. Requests are worked through by how many people ask, so it genuinely counts even if you get no reply. Priority goes to services that make deletion hard to find, since those are the ones nobody else documents properly.
Something we can't help with
- Deleting an account for you. No one can do this, us included. Every platform requires you to prove you own the account by signing in. Anyone offering otherwise wants your password.
- Recovering an account you already deleted. Once a grace period expires, the platform cannot reverse it either. If you are still inside the window, the guide for that platform explains how to cancel.
- Getting your data removed from data brokers or search results. That is a separate problem from closing an account, and closing the account does not solve it.
- Account access, bans or appeals. Only the platform's own support can act on those.
What happens to your email
Mail is read and kept only as long as it takes to act on it. Your address is not added to any list — there is no newsletter to add it to — and it is never passed to anyone else. See the privacy policy for how the rest of the site handles data, which is almost none of it.
You will usually get a reply, but this site is run by one person alongside other work, so it may not be quick. Corrections get acted on whether or not there is time to write back.
